do not expect anyone to speak anything other than Hungarian. the room was great with medical beds and clean bathrooms. the massage and sauna were enjoyable. the hotel swimming pool's crystal-clear water and therapeutic benefits made us feel rested.
Still, we found that some of the facilities offered at the hotel were outdated and need to be modernized.

During the Christmas break, I had the chance to spend some time in a hotel with excellent thermal baths. The hotel was in a great location close to some restaurants and stores. The staff was accommodating, and they answered any question I had about the surrounding area. the massage service was outstanding, and there were different types of massages to choose from. Lastly, the fact that they offer free WiFi made it easy for me to stay connected with my family during my stay.
There was a lack of English-speaking staff, and this made communication challenging at times. the breakfast did not meet my expectations as there wasn't much variety available.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The exclusive thermal bath and sauna were the best aspects, providing a private and relaxing experience. The cleanliness and comfort of the beds and rooms were exceptional. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with my needs.

The hotel had a great pool that was exclusive to the guests. the rooms were clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. the location was perfect with great restaurants close by. the massage was great.
There was a bit of a language barrier with staff, mostly speaking only Hungarian. Some facilities could use a bit more attention such as the bathrobes being too used and some repairs in the rooms and facilites.
